Description
The GameSir G7 HE Xbox Wired Controller is an officially licensed performance-focused gaming controller designed for Xbox and Windows gamers who demand accurate control, long-term durability, responsive inputs, and extensive customization. Combining GameSir Hall Effect thumbsticks, Hall Effect magnetic triggers, e-sports-grade micro-switch face buttons, two remappable back buttons, and four dedicated rumble motors, the G7 HE delivers precise and immersive control for competitive and everyday gaming.
Its Hall Effect thumbsticks use non-contact magnetic sensing technology to minimize physical wear and significantly reduce the risk of conventional stick drift. GameSir further optimizes the sticks for precise movement and allows users to adjust dead zones and access Raw Mode through the GameSir Nexus software.
The controller also features Hall Effect analog triggers with a full response area for smooth, progressive control in racing and simulation titles. For FPS and action games, users can quickly activate Hair Trigger Mode for faster trigger response.
Responsive micro-switch ABXY face buttons provide crisp tactile feedback and are officially rated for up to 3 million presses. Two lockable and remappable rear buttons provide additional control flexibility without requiring players to remove their thumbs from the sticks.
Four rumble motors—one in each grip and trigger—provide detailed vibration feedback, while a magnetic swappable faceplate makes personalization easy. With a 3-meter detachable USB-C cable, 3.5mm audio jack, microphone mute control, and GameSir Nexus support, the G7 HE provides a feature-rich wired gaming experience across Xbox and PC.

Hall Effect Anti-Drift Thumbsticks
The GameSir G7 HE features advanced Hall Effect thumbsticks that use non-contact magnetic sensors rather than conventional contact-based potentiometers. This technology significantly reduces physical wear inside the stick mechanism and helps prevent the stick-drift problems commonly associated with traditional controllers. GameSir’s algorithm-optimized sticks are engineered for accurate and consistent movement, while anti-friction glide rings help provide smoother physical control. Through GameSir Nexus software, players can also adjust stick dead zones and switch between standard and Raw input modes according to their preferred gaming style.
Hall Effect Triggers with Hair Trigger Mode
The G7 HE also incorporates precision-tuned Hall Effect analog triggers, providing smooth and accurate progressive input across their full travel range. This makes them particularly suitable for racing games where acceleration and braking need precise analog control. For FPS and action titles, players can quickly switch to Hair Trigger Mode, reducing the amount of trigger travel required for activation. This versatility allows the same controller to provide smooth analog precision for driving games and faster response for competitive shooters.
E-Sports Micro-Switch Face Buttons
GameSir equips the G7 HE with e-sports-grade micro-switch ABXY face buttons designed to provide crisp, tactile, and highly responsive feedback with every press. According to GameSir’s official specifications, the micro-switch design offers a lifespan of up to 3 million presses, providing the durability needed for extended gaming sessions. Compared with softer membrane-style buttons, the clicky actuation gives players clearer physical confirmation of every command, making the controller especially appealing to gamers who prefer fast and distinctive button feedback.
Two Remappable Back Buttons
Two additional remappable back buttons provide greater control flexibility during demanding gameplay. Players can assign frequently used commands to these rear controls so important actions can be performed without constantly moving their thumbs away from the analog sticks. Both rear buttons can also be locked when they are not required, helping prevent accidental inputs. Combined with GameSir Nexus software customization, these controls allow users to adapt the G7 HE’s layout to different game genres and individual play styles.
Four Rumble Motors for Immersive Feedback
The GameSir G7 HE uses four dedicated rumble motors, with one motor positioned in each grip and another in each trigger. This arrangement provides more detailed vibration feedback than a conventional dual-motor controller. Impacts, weapon effects, vehicle movement, crashes, and other supported in-game actions can therefore produce more nuanced tactile feedback. Trigger vibration is particularly useful in compatible racing and action titles, helping players physically feel acceleration, braking, weapon effects, and other game events for a more immersive experience.
GameSir Nexus & Magnetic Swappable Faceplate
Customization extends beyond button mapping through the GameSir Nexus software, which allows users to create up to three controller profiles while adjusting button assignments, stick behavior, trigger zones, vibration settings, and other supported parameters. The G7 HE also features a magnetic, swappable, paint-friendly faceplate, allowing users to change or personalize the controller’s appearance without complicated disassembly. A built-in 3.5mm audio jack and microphone mute button provide convenient headset control, while the textured grips help maintain a secure hold during extended or intense gaming sessions.
