Triple Mode Connectivity
The JEDEL KL-81B offers flexible triple-mode connectivity, supporting wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth connections. The wired Type-C connection is ideal for a stable desktop or gaming setup, while 2.4GHz wireless provides cable-free convenience for users who still want a dedicated wireless connection. Bluetooth further increases versatility, making it easier to integrate the keyboard into compatible laptops and other Bluetooth-enabled systems. Having all three connection methods in a single keyboard allows users to select the mode that best matches their gaming, productivity, or everyday usage requirements.
Color Gasket Keyboard Design
JEDEL describes the KL-81B as a Color Gasket RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, combining its compact mechanical layout with a gasket-oriented construction. This design gives the keyboard a more refined positioning compared with conventional entry-level mechanical keyboards and makes it particularly attractive to enthusiasts who care about both typing experience and overall keyboard construction. Together with the compact 81-key arrangement, the gasket design creates a modern keyboard suitable for gaming setups, productivity workstations, home offices, and users looking for a mechanical keyboard with a more premium overall character.
Swappable Drinkey Mechanical Switch
The KL-81B comes equipped with a swappable Drinkey switch system, providing the responsive key input associated with a mechanical gaming keyboard while adding flexibility for switch replacement. A swappable design can make maintenance and customization more convenient because compatible switches can be changed when required rather than treating the installed switch configuration as completely permanent. This makes the KL-81B particularly appealing to users who want to explore different mechanical keyboard configurations over time while retaining the same compact keyboard platform.
RGB Lighting with 18 Modes
For users who want their keyboard to complement a gaming-oriented desktop setup, the JEDEL KL-81B includes RGB lighting with 18 lighting modes. The selection of different lighting effects allows users to personalize the visual appearance of the keyboard according to their gaming environment or personal preference. Multiple RGB modes provide greater flexibility than a simple fixed backlight and help the keyboard create a more dynamic appearance. Combined with its Color Gasket design and compact mechanical layout, the lighting system gives the KL-81B a distinctive modern gaming aesthetic.
Large 4000mAh Battery
Wireless keyboards depend heavily on battery capacity, and the KL-81B comes equipped with a substantial 4000mAh built-in battery. The large battery capacity is designed to support the keyboard’s wireless functionality, making it practical for users who prefer a cleaner cable-free desktop environment. It complements both the 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connectivity options, while users can switch to the Type-C wired connection whenever required. This combination provides the flexibility to use the keyboard wirelessly for convenience while retaining a direct wired option for a permanent desktop or gaming setup.
Compact 81-Key Form Factor
The JEDEL KL-81B uses an 81-key compact layout, offering a balance between functionality and desktop space efficiency. With dimensions of approximately 330 × 142 × 42mm, the keyboard occupies considerably less horizontal space than many traditional full-size keyboards, leaving additional room for mouse movement and other desktop accessories. Its approximately 736g weight gives the keyboard a substantial physical presence while remaining manageable for different setups. This compact format is particularly suitable for gaming desks, minimalist workstations, home-office environments, and users who want mechanical keyboard functionality without the footprint of a traditional full-size model.
