Respected customers, Vibe Gaming Ltd. always gives the highest importance to its customers. However, to provide improved, timely and faster customer service, some rules and regulations must be followed to operate the business. We kindly request all esteemed customers to follow the following guidelines carefully before purchasing any computer product from Vibe Gaming Ltd. Thank you.
At the time of sale, warranty is primarily provided by the manufacturer of the product. That is, the warranty service of the sold product is provided by the main company of the specified brand. Each brand has its own independent official website where the differences in warranty service and their various conditions are mentioned. In this regard, the assisting organization Vibe Gaming Ltd is working as a means of implementing the warranty service terms and conditions of the main brand companies.
The specified warranty terms and conditions by the manufacturer are as follows:
- We follow the warranty policy provided by the international, domestic, and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) for each product.
- Vibe Gaming LTD provides warranty in a short-time for most products, and in case of complaints about some products, they are being immediately replaced.
- Warranty is not provided for all sold products. Only products for which the original company has declared a warranty are covered under the warranty and the warranty is effective for those products.
- The warranty period for laptops varies depending on the brand and model, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years. However, the warranty for laptop batteries and adapters is usually only 1 year regardless of the brand or model.
- If any defect is found in a product covered by the warranty after its sale, it can be repaired to eliminate the defect through the warranty claim process. Depending on the type of product, it may also be replaced with a new one.
- If the product of a specific model cannot be replaced, Vibe Gaming LTD may replace it with an equivalent product of another brand currently available in their own stock.
- If a specific model’s product is unsuitable for repair or replacement, or if an equivalent product is not currently available in our stock, we may substitute it with a good alternative product of equal quality and price, based on compatibility and cost considerations.
- If Vibe Gaming LTD does not have the capability to repair or replace a specific model’s product, the price can be refunded through sales adjustment.
- If any software or data is lost or damaged during the use of the product or during Vibe Gaming LTD service, Vibe Gaming LTD will not be responsible for it. It should be noted that in this case, the responsibility for data recovery or software reinstallation will also not fall on Vibe Gaming LTD.
- After taking a product within the warranty of a specific model, the time to return the product after completing the service is not fixed. It can take anywhere from 5-7 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or even more, because in most cases, the necessary spare parts for repairs may not be readily available in the country and need to be imported, which can take a significant amount of time.
- Customers are informed that most warranty products are not repaired, but rather the parts that are faulty are replaced, and in most cases, they are imported from abroad.
- Customizing computer setup and operating system during sales does not fall under warranty coverage.
- The lifetime warranty primarily ensures that you will have warranty coverage as long as the product is available in the market.
- Vibe Gaming LTD may charge a fee for any service outside the scope of the warranty, which will be effective with the customer’s consent.
- If any parts replacement or addition is required under the service warranty, the customer will generally be responsible for collecting them themselves, or they can collect them through Vibe Gaming LTD with the advance payment, subject to the agreement of the customers.
- During the warranty period or after the expiration of the warranty period, Vibe Gaming LTD will not be responsible for any problem or new issues arising during the free software or hardware tuning provided by them for the product.
In which cases the warranty may not be effective or may have certain conditions:
- Any damages caused by careless usage, such as water damage, breakage, dropping, impact, or deep scratches, will not be covered by the warranty.
- If a serial number or serial sticker of a product is partially or completely removed, damaged, or lost for any reason, the product will not be covered under warranty.
- If there is fungus or deep damage or scratch on the motherboard, graphics card, or RAM, they will not be covered under warranty.
- If one or more pins in the motherboard or processor are completely or partially broken, bent, or distorted, the product will not be covered under warranty.
- Since Vibe Gaming LTD do not use any kind of password or security code on laptops, desktops, or any product during delivery, the full responsibility for the BIOS password of the laptop, desktop or any other device will be borne by the customer. This will not fall under warranty.
- If the proprietary operating system of the Apple Mac Book is deleted, the product will not be covered under warranty.
- Printer cartridges, toners, heads, rollers, drums, element covers, etc. are outside the scope of the warranty.
- In the case of a printer’s warranty, consumables such as ink cartridges or toner cartridges, among others, are determined by the manufacturer, excluding other consumables.
- For a specific model of keyboard-mouse combo (which are sold together as a bundle), in the event that either the keyboard or mouse is defective, the entire combo set (including any accompanying accessories) must be presented for warranty. Warranty claims cannot be made for the keyboard or mouse alone.
- Other products such as printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, TV cards, and power adapters of the same type are not covered by the warranty.
- If the warranty or service department of a particular product is delayed for more than 2 months after warranty is provided, the company will not be responsible for the product.
- If the warranty paper of a specific product is lost, the product must be received with the purchase receipt and appropriate evidence.
